At Emotional Transition Programs we use the Spectrum Transition approach which is a non Trauma focussed approach to dealing with your problems. This means you will not have to sit down and talk through or revisit any traumatic events each time as this can just lead to things getting worse. Sessions are one on one and conducted in a safe place. The system was developed in 2003 by a Military Analyst and performance coach who had worked with a lot of other styles and models and developed all the best bits. Whether you have been diagnosed with PTSD or are struggling with your exams at school everyone can be helped by an Emotional Transition Program, all you have to do is trust the process.
